We are a family owned party supplies business that started in Lawndale in the year 2014. We service the south bay cities: Lawndale, El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Inglewood, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Carson and surrounding neighborhoods. Dear Customers,
We require that all customers text or email us a Valid ID. Also, showing a Valid identification (DL, ID and/or Passport) upon delivery time along with a credit card or a second form of identification is required. We Thank you for your cooperation, please have it ready when our driver arrives.

A credit card number will be required to be placed on file for security reasons along with an ID/DL or Passport. We do require a credit card information for all rentals to be held on file for security reasons, but we do not charge your credit card as all payments are made in cash, Venmo and/or Zelle.
Dear customers, we reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee for all orders. The Items you rented are reserved for you, when you cancel an order it’s too late to rent them to another customer, especially when items are canceled last minute.
Should a rented item be returned in a damaged condition, the customer will bear the repair expenses. In instances where an item is beyond repair or is lost/stolen, the full replacement cost will be charged. For bounce houses, we reserve the right to inspect for damages or losses until it is rented out again. For most of our other rental items, inspections will be conducted immediately upon return. Any identified problems will lead to corresponding charges for the customer.
